Idaho Smiles provides dental coverage for Idaho Medicaid Basic Plan participants. The Idaho Smiles Program covers approximately 140,000 Idahoans who access dental coverage using a Blue Cross of Idaho/Idaho Smiles insurance card.

Blue Cross of Idaho has partnered with Doral Dental USA, the nation’s leading provider of dental insurance for Medicaid programs, to administer Idaho Smiles.

Dental providers can obtain information about the Idaho Smiles Program and how to enroll by calling (800) 936-0978 or visiting the Doral Dental provider Web portal.
