7 Habits of Health Wellness Program
We created the 7 Habits of Health to be fun for your employees and easy for you to administer. And the program is short enough duration to maintain employee interest, but long enough for them to make the recommended lifestyle changes and see results.
We piloted the program with Blue Cross of Idaho employees in early 2012; below are just some of our results:
- 203 employees (about one-quarter of our employee population) participated
- 94 percent of participants would recommend the program to a friend or family member
- 70 percent engage in regular physical activity (compared to 55 percent at the beginning of the program)
- 68 percent drink at least 48 ounces of water per day (compared to 43 percent at the beginning of the program)

Most program materials appear below, for easy downloading and use. The magnets and bookmarks are only available in print and must be requested from your local district office or account manager. We also have the posters pre-printed if you prefer we send these to you instead of you printing them out.

Newsletters – include a Kick-Off and weekly newsletters that you can attach to emails or print and distribute
Posters – emphasize one healthy habit per week to keep program top of mind for participants
Tracking Sheet – provides a form to record success and acts as an entry into the drawing for winning prizes
Survey Information – measure the impact of this program with your employees with a pre and post survey
