Quality Concerns Investigation Policy
Quality of care and or quality of service concerns are reported to the Medical Quality Management Department for investigation, review, tracking, trending and if necessary, action. This policy describes the process for evaluating and communicating trends and issues in clinical quality within Blue Cross of Idaho.
